What does it cost to live in the park ?
The lot rent is currently at $466.25. In addition you will contribute to the 24/7 guard fees of $18.50 per month, and $10. towards trash pick up. You will pay for your own water, sewer, electric and gas ( if used).
Can I have a pet ?
Yes you can. We do restrict again vicious breeds of dogs, and there are limitations on the number of pets that you may have. While pet walking in the park is allowed, we are also adjacent to open land where pets can be walked and a pet play area is under way.
Do you have RV storage ?
Yes we provide some RV storage at the very affordable rate of $15. per month as a service to our residents.
Who provides telephone and internet service?
Quest communications is the local provider for phone and the internet.
What stores are located close to the park ?
You will find within 10 minutes drive, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Safeway, Sunflower Market, Frys, and many, many other stores.
